PULSR IT product studio · design → deploy

Software that ships at pulsar speed.

A pulsar spins hundreds of times a second and keeps time more precisely than an atomic clock. We build like that: websites, CMS platforms, native mobile apps, AI automations and payment systems — fast, and on a rhythm you can set your clock to.

Services

Everything between an idea and a running system.

Most teams stitch together a designer, an agency, a freelancer and an IT vendor. PULSR covers the whole orbit — so nothing gets lost between the handoffs.

Websites & Landing Pages

Marketing sites, product pages and portals that load fast, rank well and convert. Designed and built in-house, not dropped into a template.

  • Next.js
  • Astro
  • SEO
  • Core Web Vitals

CMS & Content Platforms

Headless or traditional — set up so your marketing team can publish without opening a ticket. Structured content, roles, previews, multi-language.

  • Sanity
  • Payload
  • Strapi
  • WordPress

Native Mobile Apps

iOS and Android apps built for the platform they run on — offline state, push, biometrics, in-app purchases — and shipped through the stores for you.

  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • React Native
  • Flutter

AI Automation & Agents

Support copilots, document pipelines, lead triage, internal assistants. We wire LLMs into your real data and your real tools — with guardrails and evals.

  • RAG
  • Agents
  • Workflow bots
  • Evals

Payments & Billing

Checkout, subscriptions, invoicing, split payouts and refunds — integrated properly, reconciled correctly, and tested against the edge cases that cost money.

  • Stripe

Custom Software & SaaS

Dashboards, customer portals, internal tools and multi-tenant products — built on a schema that survives your next three feature requests.

  • Multi-tenant

  • Postgres
  • Analytics

Integrations & APIs

CRM, ERP, logistics, WhatsApp, accounting — connected with typed APIs, retries and idempotency, so your systems stop disagreeing with each other.

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • Webhooks
  • Data sync

Cloud, DevOps & Managed IT

Hosting, CI/CD, backups, monitoring, email and domain setup — plus a support line for when something needs a human at 9pm.

Why PULSR

Named after the most reliable clock in the universe.

Pulsars are dead stars that spin up to 716 times a second and beam a signal so regular that astronomers use them to keep time. That is the standard we hold our delivery to: fast, repeatable, and never a mystery about where your project stands.

01

A delivery rhythm, not a black box

Work runs in short pulses with a demo at the end of each one. You see running software every week — not a status email.

02

Built to keep spinning

Typed code, tests on the paths that matter, documented infrastructure and a real handover. No lock-in, no "only we can maintain this".

03

One team, the whole stack

Brand and UI, frontend, backend, mobile, AI, payments and hosting come from the same people — so nothing falls into a gap between vendors.

04

Priced before we start

A scoped proposal with a fixed number and a date on it. Change requests get their own estimate — no surprise line items at the end.

Process

Five phases, one steady signal.

Every engagement follows the same arc, whether it is a landing page or a multi-platform product.

01 / SIGNAL

Discovery

We map the problem, the users and the systems you already run, then write down what success looks like in numbers.

02 / BLUEPRINT

Design & architecture

UI flows, data model, integrations and infrastructure — agreed on paper before a line of production code is written.

03 / SPIN-UP

Build in pulses

Two-week cycles, a demo at the end of each, a shared board you can open any time to see exactly what is moving.

04 / LAUNCH

Ship & hand over

Testing, performance and security passes, store submissions, DNS and analytics — plus the keys to everything we built.

05 / PULSE

Support & iterate

Monitoring, updates and a monthly improvement cycle, so the thing you launched keeps getting better instead of ageing.

Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the orbit that fits. Every engagement includes design, engineering, deployment and handover.

Launch Sprint

For a site, landing page or MVP that needs to exist in weeks, not quarters.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date
  • Custom design + build
  • CMS so your team can edit it
  • Deployment + 30 days of fixes

Retained Partner

For teams that need engineering and IT capacity on tap, month after month.

  • Dedicated hours every month
  • New features and AI automations
  • Hosting, monitoring and backups
  • Priority support window

FAQ

The questions we get first.

Discovery usually begins within a week of the first call. For a scoped landing page or site, the build starts immediately after the proposal is signed; larger products start with a short design and architecture phase first.

Yes — completely. Repositories, hosting, domains, payment gateways and third-party accounts are created in your name or transferred to you at launch, along with documentation for running everything.

Most of our work involves an existing CRM, ERP, database or legacy application. We audit what you run today, integrate against it, and migrate only what genuinely needs to move.

Concrete workflows, not demos: answering support tickets from your own documentation, extracting data from invoices and contracts, qualifying inbound leads, drafting reports, or routing tasks between tools. Each one ships with guardrails, human review where it matters, and a way to measure whether it is actually working.

Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Paddle and most regional gateways with a public API — covering one-off checkout, subscriptions, marketplaces and payouts, including webhooks, retries and reconciliation.

Every project includes a support window after go-live. Beyond that, most clients move onto a retainer for monitoring, updates and a steady stream of improvements — but it is optional, and you keep everything either way.
